Kew Gardens Interchange

Project Scope
WJFE was contacted to provide the erection plans for eleven new steel girder bridges and the demolition plans for three existing steel girder bridges. Seven of the new bridges were multi-lane curved girder bridges where WJFE used finite analysis to analyze girder stability during all stages of the erection operation, temporary shoring towers, and subsurface analysis. Multiple crane locations as well as tandem pick were required to complete the erection.
